School exemplars Term 3

School Exemplars provide excellent examples to other schools and highlight the sorts of practical resources schools create along their eSmart journey. These can be submitted when applying for eSmart status.  Speak to your advisor for more information.

Find out what to submit by logging into your eSmart Portal here and heading to the Upload Evidence tab. Also, check out the school exemplars in the Resource Library under Domain 2.

Heathmont East Primary School’s (VIC) Bullying Prevention Policy is a very robust example of strategies put in place to prevent bullying and how bullying is thoroughly investigated and reported. This policy also illustrates the holistic approach the school takes when responding to bullying behaviour.

St Therese’s School (VIC) eSmart Community Policy is very thorough and multi-faceted. It highlights the teaching and learning of cyber safety and risks, encourages students to self-access their actions online and offers a central point that students can go to share both positive and negative aspects of their time spent online.

Both Heathmont East Primary School and St Therese’s School have showcased quality examples of documents that can be submitted as policy evidence.
